Just had a quick look in the Mad thread but gave up after a couple of pages of the usual suspects down south seeing something completely different in the charts that us up north.

So from someone with a level head and not from the south coast… How are things really looking post Thursday/Friday for the north? TIA

Plummeting temperatures and heavy snow fall can bring both fun and danger

It gets very messy after Thurs, I wouldn't bother looking much past that at the mo.

frosty ground It can only be a good thing, some of the childish knee jerk reactors will cry into their cereal for a few mornings, and the more knowledgeable can talk about what’s actually going on with the weather!

wrightc23 , are they having a meltdown for this Thursday or for 200h+? I was brave enough to have a quick look but it really is very difficult to follow the posts there right now.

I just can't get into this sort of set up for snow here, everything has to be absolutely perfect for us to see the goods produced... Would be absolutely smashing if just for once did hit the jackpot.

10 years even better, at least Ian Brown had the knowledge to back up his argument. These days it’s inhabited by internet trolls.

Yes definitely, I viewed from afar for a number of years before joining in 2015, really good back then. 👍

Our thread ain't bad at all though  👍

I'm not even going to dip a toe into the mad thread. Apart from the fact I'll probably get bitten, 😱 after that WRF I think it's going to be more fun in here.
