    Who knows what will happen even to forecast a few weeks in advance is a nightmare . Look at met checks monthly forecasts they have a archive from around April to now and if you look their successful predictions arnt the best Weather will do what it does

    Yep i think Nick L posted something similiar yesterday i have no idea how good this model is but at that range lots of ifs and butts still good news if only the QBO will play ball

    Mild Christmas but a cold feburary. only 4 months to wait what could go wrong.

    I don't think it's fake. Their as been a lot of speculation regarding the sun and the temps we experience this solar max as been very low so the minimum could be extremely low. Whether that will be enough to create very low temps remains to be seen. Some papers also say that the current rate in which the earth is warming may offset any potential cool down. Interesting period coming up. Add to that the low ice in the artic which may cool the waters due to ice melting which in turn may slow the Atlantic conveyor belt there is a lot to keep our eyes on over the next few years

    The euro4 model now puts the main storm now in the north sea so its anyones guess

    Ive also heard that the potential Typhoon Lionrock could also have some potential damage to the artic is this correct?

    wow i dont think ive seen such a map as that the ice seems nearly to have been removed from one side

    Some very heavy precipitation to hit the south west in a hour or so hopefully that should deliver the goods

    yes i noticed that seems to be saying glos up to brum for the lightening activity. Is there any reason why this risk isnt being highlighted further north?
