A very nice drink indeed Snowycat, I used to work for the Manners family personally on the the local Haddon Estate who developed the soft drinks and whines for Belvoir many years ago.
Kept out the way of all the tourists here ( more than usual ie- can count on both hands.. Youlgrave/Monyash especially Bakewell another story.. But got the cabbages and potatoes in the veg patch. Given the models I don't think it will be quite as dire as some like to think on the MOD thread... Yes it will be dry here.
A lovely start to the day with clear blue skys and little wind to speak of. Off out with the dogs before all the tourists turn up in the Dales then a day of drinking tea and pottering in the garden until they have all buggered off then I can get out again..
My bird feeders are very busy atm as per usual at this time of year.. Having to fill them them up with fat balls and nuts every 3/4 days. Lots of Magpies about currently, will be keeping an eye on them in the plantation..
