  2. My bird feeders are very busy atm as per usual at this time of year.. Having to fill them them up with fat balls and nuts every 3/4 days. Lots of Magpies about currently, will be keeping an eye on them in the plantation..
  3. A thin covering of snow here from overnight showers, fingers crossed for more today.
  4. A few flakes an hour ago but light rain with some sleet currently, Looking at the radar we could see some snow this evening as temps drop. Fingers crossed..
  5. UKV & NetWx showing a cold N/Ely by the end of next week with possible wintry showers pushing inland and some sharp overnight frosts.
  6. Lovely day again here, getting some jobs done outside, cleaning windows and digging the veg patch over. I'm hoping to give the lawns a first cut later this afternoon.
  7. Yes a lovely Spring day here to and plenty of warmth out in the sun. Won't be long untill I cut the lawn for the first time this year!

  9. Bad conditions here with gales onto the mid 70s and heavy rain. The dales are flooded with villages cut off and flood waters will get worse over the next few hours.

  13. Very heavy rain with gales passing through just now much colder wind all of a sudden. Lots of flooding and roads impassable down in the dales. I see the radar is turning much more wintry now from the N/W.
  14. Just started to pass here, torrential rain so far. Edit-Hail now and a sudden switch in the wind from the North, Very gusty
  15. Heavy persistent rain here in the Peak District with winds gusts touching 60mph already. The river Wye and Lathkil are already flooded with many roads impassable and the brooks boiling over.
  16. Thick heavy snow here with a fresh covering already over the old snow from last night
