    Temp drop here was similar from 7.4 right down to 2.1 in the space of a couple of hours.

    We had a microscopic 2 second flurry around lunchtime. The wind is freezing though and the temp is already down to 1c here.

    Utterly dismal here, it's never stopped all day and the Tweed river has now burst it's banks and it's not due to peak until 9pm. Fed. Up. Of. Rain.

    Wind is getting really strong now and the pressure is dropping. Rain is chucking down, WS has decided to take a flakey so I don't know what the current temp is.

    Very strange, my wee guy is also missing. Was fearing he was broon breed too, but sounds like there might be hope! Between worrying about him and watching all this weather in the next week, you'll be lucky if anyone gets a Christmas dinner in this house

    Another bright morning here. Was quite foggy at 6am and temp is sitting only at -4.5 here just now. Brrr!

    I'll also be in exotic Selkirk for the next 2 days for the Pootettes ballet show, I'll give the Vauxhaull garage a wave on the way past It was -5c here at 8am this morning and has only risen to -4c now, brrr! But, it's a lovely morning with all the frost twinkling in the sun.

    It's reached the dizzy heights of 2c here today but a lovely sunny morning so far with clear blue skies. It was -5c here at 7am and a good solid frost on the car. Nice to see everyone again now that winter has arrived

    My posts keep disappearing!! Just trying to say it's the same here will huge hailstones and thunder in the distance. Must have got excited with the sudden launch of spring!
