    Another 2-3cm for us over night as well. Temp is currently 1c.

    Light snizzle here all day so far with a biting wind. WS is saying 2c windchill -2c, but it feels so much colder.

    Back from my East Lothian jaunt and there is some good drifting on the Howgate Road and again on the Leadburn hill. Huge swirls of snow blowing off the fields in the very strong wind. Nothing much going on back here at the moment but it's bitterly cold.

    Yes, it was from SBC on Facebook. No mention of anywhere around me, so am hoping going over the Leadburn hill isn't going to be too bad.

    Snowing quite heavily here now and blowing around furiously in the strong wind. I have to head out over to East Lothian so I'll try to drag it over with me Snowy

    Heavy here and a really good covering, not measured yet but a good few inches and it's on thick and fast just now. Temp is creeping up though. Now to tackle the school run....

    It's covering over here now, temp has fallen back. Our school has already taken the decision to cancel all transport tomorrow and have sent out a text to say only those who can walk safely should attend.

    T is 1.9c here at the moment, slushy/snizzle/rain...freezing in the strong wind. Not sure if we will catch much although the hills surrounding are getting whiter and the snow line is dropping.

    T is -1.9 here at the moment, a very decent covering for us. I can see another dark cloud looming for a bit of a top up! Horizontal snaw now

    Just finished with super fast snaw shower which has left a good covering. T -0.5c

    Icing sugar dusting for us this morning. Temp was -0.5c when I left. Almost the same just outside Penicuik with the clouds squeezing out two snowflakes in the space of 5 minutes.

    Dull, dreich day here. Temp is 4c but feels a lot colder, WS says the windchill is 1c. I preferred the sunshine at the start of the week much more

    More than decent snowfall here, thunder snow last night so that's made my winter. West facing back garden so lovely drifts up the back door this morning. Temp 0c so everything nice and white and just come out of another heavy shower.

    Temps dropping away back here now, 1c. We've had some real beefy showers here, one of them settled nicely on the grass. Some hail, rail, general horizontal nasty stuff. Night of radar watching I think!

    Same here, sky is all colours. T 3.5c and slight rain at the moment. The wind during the night was awful, the whole of Clan Poots were in the same bed at one point! Kids were a bit of edge with the noise of flying wheelie bins and bits of branches hitting off the windows. Not seen any snaw yet...

    It's hideous here this morning. Horizontal mix of rain, sleet and snow and a very strong wind. T 2c, windchill -2.3c.
