Still snowing here as well, pretty much all day so far. It's sticking and drifting here and the road is much worse than it was only an hour ago.

Same here, by the look of the radar there's still a lot more to hit us as well. The wind is really gusting here too, it's not stopped here since early this morning.

Morning, hovering around 0c here this morning and no snow lost. Slight flurry has covered the clear path overnight, but nothing to shout about. Will be interesting to see how quickly the band in the SE is moving and how quickly it arrives with us, perhaps I'll see some action tonight!

Agreed, I've never been a fan of their forecasts, but they have been particularly poor this last week!

The temp is dropping here now 0.9c from 3.1c earlier when the snow stopped. Looks like we might get lucky again in a short while according to the radar.

Proper heavy stuff now, kids in salopettes and snow boots waiting (un)patiently to go out on the sledge. A snaw day on a Saturday is just the best!

Morning, very decent covering here (sorry to those that missed it), will measure in a while, but will guess at 3" . Kids are beyond hyper as the sledge will get an outing at last. Temp is -0.7c, radar and skies look like we would be in for some more soon.

Nothing here yet. But got a bit of a fix driving home from The Bush @ Penicuik and over Leadburn. T'was braw sparkling snaw in the headlights!

-0.9c here this morning but feel much colder. I'm hoping I'll be lucky enough tomorrow and get a covering, our snow is confined to the edges of the pavements and random shaded spots. I'd love a late night with the radar tomorrow :-)

It was -5.5c according to the WS this morning, but it's crept up to -3.9c in the last hour. Had to hack the car to bits and fight with the frozen wheelie bin. Friday is looking like an interesting day....

0.5c here and light heavy snaw which is sticking quickly. 'Tis awfy dark too.

1c here at the moment, but it feels colder. We lost a good bit of our coverage over night unfortunately, hopefully that will get topped up in the next few days. Was cheered to see a couple of small snowmen in gardens on the school run!

It's still snowing here, but it's very wet and getting patchy now. I guess what's there will freeze overnight now so a good base for whatever comes this week.

I whole heartedly agree with this. The translation in here is superb, helpful and very often humorous and although I don't often post, I'm always reading and learning. Thank you one and all!
