  1. It doesn't even feel like snow outside.
  2. Stil dry here. Variable cloud cover and breezy.
  3. Thank you for taking my post in the intended manner I know what you mean, I'm kinda just waiting for something to happen this winter ...
  4. Still bone dry here. How long are we talking before the ppn arrives?
  5. Nowt here. Quelle surprise. Look, your football team use up all your luck.
  6. Best get my washing in. That's if it's still on the line, such are the gusts of wind.
  7. Calm down flower. It was just a tongue in cheek comment.
  8. Nice to see a woman posting. Your sort are always right, so a question for you. Will I see settling snow tonight? You've just made that up, there is no scientific logic to that statement Glad I stocked up on essentials at Asda earlier.
  9. With all these weather warnings out, surely Wednesday isn't our only day of snow opportunity?
  10. http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/ne6?day=0 Well tonight isn't looking likely as things stand.
  11. A NE wind normally delivers for me. No doubt there will be a mild sector though!
  12. I'm not a big fan of Sunday's, knowing that Monday is creeping ever closer! But some snow would put a smile on my dial that's for sure. Here's hoping C10!!
  13. That was the night I went to bed at about 2130 with everywhere green and woke up at 0650 to 7" of snow. Happy days! Heavy rain has pretty much washed all our miniscule of snow covering away and currently 4c. Booooo!
  14. It's bloody raining. As expected from the forecasts!
  15. Light rain continues. That's all for now folks. Good morning.
  16. It's alternating between rain and snow. Back to rain now.
  17. Light snow. Decent sized flakes. Not settling.
  18. Byker. Definitely rain here atm. I'm building a canoe as we speak. Bloody marvellous this cold spell. Walkergate isn't in Cramlington. Are you leading a double life?
  19. Light showery rain here. Obviously. NE6 I might add.
  20. Just watched the BBC24 forecast and "uninspiring" doesn't even cover it. Plenty of showers tomorrow which are only wintry inland.
  21. The daft things is, I'm torturing myself Lots on here have had a half decent fall, I've had a 2 flake deep covering at best so far. That was 2 flakes deep, not 2"!
  22. Anyone who used to watch Bullseye will be familiar with the phrase "Let's have a look at what you would have won" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWinOcmYOAU
  23. Cheers for the reply, and I agree with all of this. Starting to cloud over here a little and the wind is picking up a bit, but the wind doesn't have an icy feel to it I wouldn't say.
  24. And then Saturday I'm more likely to need sandbags than a sledge http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/ne6?day=0
