So weird really. There's rain sleet and odd wet flake and yet temp is 0.4c. Flipping uppers. Ud expect them to be colder in theory lol. Oh well doesn't look anything that promising vector week really either.

Cold enough frosty enough and still we are let dwn again....... It's like hail/rain. Uppers maybe??

Well back home north leeds 150m and frosty everywhere! Was 0.3 dropped to 0.2. The precipitation isn't heavy enough!

I find it so frustrating that the models have taken us from massive potential to flat boring Synoptics again. With all our potential signals, it still fails us. I will never understand why it's so hard toga e anything half decent here but most others places in the northern hemisphere just gave to click there fingers for snow and cold. The Synoptics on offer this morning continue to produce common winter charts. All theses lows developing in Atlantic and the Azores H never too far away. Here's to hoping last nights ecm pulls the strings and comes true ...... Hmmm

In my opinion this is just typical. The hardest place on earth to get anything decent. Extremely unfair and so distressing. Days of excitement dashed. A bold statement but in my opinion the very much minor models have randomly gone and got this spot on! The ecm is almost identical to them and even the ensembles have drastically changed to those outputs. Typical and even more so the east of us once again receives snow n cold.

Why do people put daft comments up. Looking at the Synoptics tonight you must be looking at something completely different offerman. Cold to very cold with snow approaching next week.

They seem to have ramped that up somewhat and still been cautious so probably colder still. Lets just hope for the snow.

The models just Dnt seem to be playing for some reason. Interesting Synoptics and trends not leading us to anything cold. That's nov just about gone then before we Knw it December. We need to get out of this rut. The ecm and gfs had sooooo much potential the other night. Oh well...

Steve I hope your right. Your input is greatly appreciated. It's people like you that keep things exciting. Fantastic informative information. Ecm still looks interesting to me. But it wud seem that low blows it away. Am I right in saying that if the Atlantic was a land mass. We wud probs be bitter cold and snowy now...???

Agreed jethro. Very interesting ecm once again today...... But each year this happens until we're let down. But u have to start from somewhere.

Why do people keep knocking potential good charts!! Saying the 240 is unlikely to bring anything! Well exactly what do you expect and want! Yes that chart will most likely be gone in the morning but at least it's something to cling onto and keep going. The ecm 240 chart is amazing and would most likely lead onto very interesting times! Here's to see the 18z .......

Hmm what do they see?? That's a turn around of sorts!! Why Dnt the charts show this. I think that update is quite exciting and seems to have picked up on a signal.......
