    I wouldn't be as confident regarding the snow on the north coast, probably a few miles in land but I've a horrible feeling right on the coast with a North wind could be sleet. Later on if winds don't come directly off the sea might be better

    Met office have increased the chances of cold weather in January. For the first time this winter they have snow for my location on Thursday night

    Radar shows precipitation getting very close to Derry and seems to be intensifying, surely it'll make it across to here

    Hate to admit this but I'm looking forward to the high pressure coming, for all the snow showers there are always 10 times as many rain/hail or sleet showers. Back on script:- it would be even nicer if we all had some lying snow and ice days during it though!! :)

    U would think so but I'm too close to the north coast probably rain/ sleet, snow inland. I'm getting seriously jealous, I've a feeling I'll even miss out on any snow this weekend! Driving to alder groove later so will provide a snow report for most of Antrim later
