Tipping it down but no more T&L seen or heard.

Thunder heard here, seemed to the South East of here, raining steadily after an initial heavy burst, bright sunshine to rain in about 10 minutes, was also evidence of towers going up North of here before the cloud cover cut off any further sight of them

Their is now even patches of blue sky... To little to late i am afraid for storms
Yup, has clouded up here now too, did have about half an hour of blue sky/sun. Not expecting anything today
-
Sun now out here and temp now climbing
-
Same here, grey, overcast, the sun is trying to poke through but it soon becomes a sheet of grey again, missed out on any action at all the last 2 days.
-
Lovely cloudless sky this afternoon, very warm indeed, it has since "bubbled up" quite dramatically, with some towers evident, I think it's only a matter of time before something happens, after a blank yesterday a decent storm or two would be most welcome!!!

Am well South of the large collection of anvils that must be the Rugby cells/line and I must say it looks very impressive in the sunlight, cells going up very quickly indeed, very spectacular, shame it wasn't at night
-
Nothing here either, some flashes in the far distance late last night but that was it, dont hold out much hope for today despite the Estofax warning!
-
Not a sausage here all night, saw a few very distant flashes from the Reading storm last night and that was it. Lets hope today delivers for this area

Sun trying to poke through here, got a fair wind too.
-
I see on Lightning maps there were a couple of strikes near Colchester already!
-
Very humid here and very dark cloud cover, no rain. It's really kicking off in France, lucky garlic munchers!!!

Have lightening and thunder, a fair bit (lightening maps doesn't show it, it shows a couple but had a lot more) huge rain drops but seem to be on the edge of it, as rain is very sporadic in nature.
-
A lot of thunder here despite not showing on lightening maps, just took dogs for a walk in the sunshine and could hear the rumbles very clearly, seems a big storm to the NE of here although no lightening seen and no rain (yet!!!) Just waiting for a gust front and then we maybe in business!!
-
Towers going up a plenty here, went from a few Cu to towers in a very short space of time, hope we get a decent show later, good luck all!!!!
-
Just got back from a rather soggy barbecue, had a very impressive shelf cloud and fantastic storm come straight over us circa 9pm and am seeing plenty of lovely lightening to the SE of me in the far distance. Very impressive storm, not seen one like that for quite some years, plenty of fork lightening zooming across the sky in all directions and some lovely colors oo.

Yes here as well we have just had 12 hours rain overnight, its currently 5.5c, overcast, I have had to cancel a lime spreader as the fields are too wet to travel on this morning and we are running about two weeks late with spring work. Lots of east coast farmers will be in same boat.
Same down here, no land work for over 2 weeks, ground is wetter than mid winter currently, a few on brash have done a small amount of drilling, would hazard 90% still to do, 2nd fert app not done yet (too wet) and WW and OSR need spraying (too wet). Have 150 acres of SB to drill and not turned a wheel in two weeks. Lets hope next week delivers the goods, saw my 1st swallows last week, heaven only knows how they must be feeling!!

21mm here and my station under reads, not ideal! Was a mix of snow/sleet rain last night but went to bed, so didn't see if it turned to full on snow.
-
Plenty of flakes here too but very small still!

Still very tiny flakes here.
Yes, have the same here, just looked outside, very very fine little flakes blowing around in the wind!!

Coming down here nicely now, medium sized flakes and settling well, cars etc all white!! Henricks on the go already after such a dismal performance by England in the rugby today, need to console myself!!

May well do up on the Cotswolds. I'm further south and at sea level and it's settled here albeit not in huge amounts
You must have had more than us in the night then, am 360ft above sea level here and the grass is green as!!!
-
Snow, on and off all morning here, small grains to reasonably large flakes, bitter out in the wind, met a chap who came from Chipping Norton and he reckoned they'd have circa 2" of laying snow, wasn't sure to believe him to be honest. Birds are very busy on the feeders here this morning!

Temp 8C here and overcast, seems tropical compared to last week, what snow there was in fields (not a lot) has all gone, all the large drifts are still here, all main roads are clear but there are still back roads that are impassible due to drifting and abandoned cars, guess these will be left to thaw naturally.
