  5. That's correct, they're included in the lite and full subscriptions only
  6. This should be fixed now, please shout if you see any further problems though.
  7. Just looking into this now, think I know what the issue is so should have a fix in place soon.
  8. Hi Rich and Mo, welcome aboard! Don't forget to send me over your flight details when you have the chance please In terms of the setup for the start of the tour, we're still looking good. Today's model update could possibly see you chasing in the TX/OK panhandle on day 1 which is a great spot, proper chaser country with straight roads, big wide opens plains and big skies..
  9. I think it will take longer to draw / a bit more cpu when plotting the really massive lightning days with many thousands of strikes as it plots each one individually in the location it was detected.
  10. No, we've not made any changes of late, perhaps your device is blocking it or wiping the data when saving?
  11. Hi Jacquie, I'm going to move this over to the USA storm chase forum for you - bit more relevant there I reckon
  12. We've fixed this - the team have been chasing in states they don't usually go to so they weren't included on our system!
  13. The stream is live http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=chaselive;sess=
  14. You could just keep going - I hear New York is nice at this time of year
  15. Tour 2 of the storm chase starts on the 21st May (first chase day the 22nd), so it's time to start the countdown to it... All guests should have received their final info pack yesterday, if you didn't please let me know. Also a reminder to those on the tour - please send over your flight details when you have the chance. The staff for tour two are: Paul Sherman John Hanrahan Tom Lynch Dave Vicary The guests are: Graham John Rob Matt Richard Kris Mo (chase virgin) Rich (chase virgin) We do have 2 spaces available for this tour due to a late cancellation, more info here: http://forum.netweather.tv/topic/80282-last-minute-storm-chase-places-available/ Weather wise, we're a fair way off so lots of uncertainty yet but at this point in time it's looking like an active start to the tour, so it could be a case of being straight into the action. More updates on this over the coming days.
  16. Ok, seeing this now - seems like some of the web servers have lost it, so depends which one you're currently on. I'll clear the caches so it reloads across them.
  17. Looks ok from here, what are you seeing?
  18. Not like firefox to be awkward, anyway all fixed
  19. Hopefully that's everything back to normal again now. Apologies for the issues.
  20. We're experiencing some network issues currently which is leading to occasional slow load times on pages and/or service unavailable messages. Please bear with us while we try to get to the bottom of it. Paul
  21. If anyone fancies heading out to the USA to view some proper(!) storms (or know someone who does), we have a few last minute places available at a discounted price. More info here: http://forum.netweather.tv/topic/80282-last-minute-storm-chase-places-available/ Please spread the word
  22. Due to a couple of late cancellations we have 2 spaces available on both tour 2 and tour 3 of this years storm chase. This is a great opportunity to get out to the USA at a discounted price. The team has already seen 3 tornadoes in 3 days of chasing this year, so it's shaping up to be a really good season. This is the supercell the team witnessed on their first chase day: For more information on the tours, please head over to our weatherholidays website: http://www.weatherholidays.com/tornado/book.php If you're interested in booking or would like to know more please feel free to pm me or contact us here: http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=contact;sess=
