    The storms are like pulses, when you think it's dying down .. one pops up somewhere else,. ~ It was Newport.. now it's Hereford .. looking at the Precipitation, North of Swansea is trying. Absolutely fascinating, I got a video of the one that hit SE Wales valleys earlier.. will have to edit it,. due to strikes being a couple of minutes apart!

    South East Wales... just getting darker.. with only the upper layer of clouds seemingly moving slowly NW .. the lower darker shades just seem to be intensifying.. very very stormy look to the sky.. despite it only being partly covered .. but each time I go back.. there seems to be thicker clouds

    time to get my cameras charged... before the potential discharge ... Was in Cardiff yesterday or was it Monday.. when the thunderstorms hit... beautiful!!! I haven't been following the weather properly for a while.. and only by chance I saw a weather watch tonight ^^

    good for you ..this thing formed just South of Blackwood... so I got nothing RAWR!... all I can see is a huge dark mass.. which looks a little to be back building now

    dry here.. it's that unstable though.. you can't even rely on the radar.. it changes so quick!

    extreme is a perception of my point of view.. we've had no thunderstorms across the valleys this year.. whilst other parts of the country have. I don't think the weather is right for Supercells... but the way things look I wouldn't rule out a funnel cloud or small tornado.

    some really torrential rain on and off in the Welsh Valleys.. moving towards South West while.. just down in Cardiff.. there's a torrential down pour moving NNE towards Newport!! Extremely unstable
