    Raining here but not heavily, and not much more than a breeze, but then I wasn't expecting London to get hit very hard with this. Perfect weather for a nice quiet walk in the park

    Yeah, it'll be aaaaages before it reaches London. Although I'm not a fan of the cold, I'm actually kind of looking forward to it being a bit cooler.

    Yeah, the Beeb have mentioned a possibility of imports from the continent on Monday night into Eastern England, but I think it's a case of wait and see. It's certainly warm and a little humid for this time of the year here in London.

    Yep, had a cracker of a storm last night at about 2.40am- long rolling booming thunder, and bright lightning, plus heavy rain. Must of gone on for about an hour or so. Was the perfect lullaby to drift off to sleep to. It's gone back to hot and humid here too, so I'm wondering if I'll get to be really lucky and get another show tonight.

    Well, that was an unexpected storm. Rumbling thunder, torrential rain with hail mixed in and strong gusts. My balcony has flooded and I'm soggy from the knees down! Still thunder and rain ATM, and it's heading eastwards.

    Just had a couple of rumble of thunder here in East London, even though the radar shows no storm.

    Just had a very intense but very short deluge, and now a rumble of thunder.

    We've got what looks like a big storm cloud passing to my NW, moving N to S. Huge base with 'boiling' structures in it's centre. Well defined edge just clipping my location. No action from it though -maybe someone else might get something?

    Ooh, another rumble of thunder. Will I get three storms in a row today?

    Wow, that's the heaviest rain we've had for a while!

    T&L and rain from the second cell now.

    It's finished here, though there's another bank of dark clouds to my NE. Of course it's Sod's Law that my new desk fan to keep me cool whilst I work arrived only a couple of hours before the storm!

    I think we might actually be looking at some localised flooding around here. The rain's pulsing from heavy to torrential and back again but it hasn't stopped for over an hour now. Very soggy end to Lovebox festival, heh.

    It all seems to be moving very slowly, so I think if it does make it to NW London it's gonna take a while. I wouldn't get too excited, it's not very active T&L wise, but alot of constant rain so it's cooling down nicely. Obviously my wish was granted!

    Blimey, there's pretty much a line of storm cells from London up to Lincoln.

    I remember mention of a line of convergence- wonder if that has anything to do with it?

    Ok, thunder has started up again. I assume they're cloud- cloud strikes as they're not showing up on Blitzzortung.

    It's wierd, the storm seems to be moving E to W, but the clouds directly above are moving in the opposite direction.

    Seems like it's died out, not heard anything for a while. Not even had any rain.
