    Thank you, anymore will be a nice surprise though . Also looking at the radar now seems to be quite a lot of very light snow about, and pushing into the North Midlands.

    Anyone else thinking there could be a few snow flurries/showers around the West Mids tomorrow night after the front as winds come from the North West?

    Tuesdays front looks to reach us and sit around for most of the day until it weakens into nothing, although expecting it to be mostly light from the start anyway.

    Tuesday's front on the charts reach as far as the Midlands, then seems to stick around there for the majority of the day and slowly weaken as it sits there. Expecting it to already be mostly light when it reaches the Midlands though. Also Thurs/Fri event looks a bit sketchy and in a bit of a mess for now.

    I agree, I see the same thing too and I get your frustration, but lets just ignore them, we don't need to let them bring us down, we can enjoy more snow that surely Feb and quite possibly March will bring us .

    I did see that one too but didn't last as long and yeah I agree any white is a bonus to us from what we have had this winter

    Yeah, as by the looks of things its coming again, they even intensify inland a little, at least some of them do I have noticed.

    Just came across this, looks good for the North of the region, and like it says could move further north or south, fingers crossed

    There is a lot more cold out west in the Atlantic than there is over Europe on that chart , I think there would be more chance of wintriness with a cold zonality than what's coming from the east. (obviously from current projections).

    Although nothing significant here, I would still welcome it as its better than nothing :).

    looking more active up to the north west of the region now and through Cheshire, may be another surprise coming

    That's what I'm thinking especially as it looks like its gonna be more marginal too, deep thick cover of 10 - 15cm I'm thinking too.

    Merry Christmas midlanders Am I right in thinking that we received much more snow then the warning suggested in out last snow event? If so it may be the same here, hopefully

    OMG if this comes off, how lucky are we, I might even start to feel sorry for other parts who are not seeing much seriously.

    I doubt those showers will fall as snow later, but any surprises will be a bonus. Also don't mind if we get rain as we have had more snow than the past 4 winters combined . 5 - 10% snow cover remaining.
