General direction of the area

Heavier echo's appearing again, feels like de ja vu as I'm sure I said that last night haha

Yep its quite an area again ,

Just looped the radar and its still heading our way , already made it well inland and into our region so hopefully the main area will make it to us, defiantly wont amount to as much as last night but maybe a couple more cm's if it makes it here, who knows

My part measured 9cm on the grass, 14+ cm drifts This is 9cm on the bin top,, I don't know whether the camera does justice to the depth

Now its gone a little lighter I took another more accurate measurement and its measured 14cm on the grass but drifts are a foot or more

It will start to light up soon as the mornings are getting lighter now so we will all be seeing the winter or spring wonderland soon and keep yourself warm

Just took a measurement, and it measured just over 8cm here in Walsall and still snowing quite a lot, small flakes but coming down pretty fast

Heavy snow again here now, with large flakes, how much more amazing can this winter/spring get?!?!?

Good to hear, hope it can keep up its intensity and move into the West Midlands too

The far east of the region and up into Lincolnshire is starting to look active, larger areas of heavy snow appearing.

Gone a bit lighter now, but another stream of heavier stuff is directly on course again

I don't think ive ever seen snow accumulate this fast before, in the space of about 2 hours 3 - 5cm has fallen, some exceptionally heavy snowfall about and BBC weather has just said the West Midlands could still have quite a lot of snow falling even at 9am, this could turn into a major event. Where's @WalsallWeather123, as they said we would only have a couple of cm's from this?

Love the snow falling at night, everywhere is so quiet, you hear the soft sound of the snow falling, the orange lit snow filled clouds, its so peaceful

Big flakes coming down heavy, looks like the stream is straight over us in the Walsall area, if it doesn't break we will have hours of it which will inevitably leave a thick covering

As long as we remove that last bit of a gap and other gaps dont develop we will be in the game big time so time will tell

Now its finally started, it probably wont stop now from looking at the radar, especially the heavier echo's to the NE of us

haha, but keep in mind the weather always has its mind of it own, I'm just going buy current direction

Well it seems to be expanding while heading our way so you might do better than the showers from this tonight :), should settle much better too so its coming just at the right time :). Also even if this doesn't reach us, the wash area look the be ganging up the showers so there's more chances we will see prolong snow from those too. Also this goes to the most of the Midlands tonight we could do quite well if this area of heavy snow keeps expanding :).
