  1. Cool and grim, just had another light/moderate shower, was hoping today would be one of those days that's bad on paper but ends up rather sunny but hasn't been the case thus far.
  2. What an odd day, very grim and murky till around 3pm when it brightened up, long spells of sunshine since 5pm and the temperatures peaked very late in the day, up to 20.0c now.
  3. Finally brightening up now, let's see how long this lasts..
  4. Raining lightly now should of known to laugh at the prospect of a 20c+ bright day, of course that would never happen
  5. Black sky to the west of here at the mo and a heavy downpour on the radar, going to dive just south of here (no shocks there) but it looks rather beefy.
  6. Got black skies moving towards us at the mo and just looked on the radar to find an isolated downpour though looks like it will dive just south of here,
  7. Yawn should of known the promise of sunny spells and 20c was to much for the Telford storm/cloud/any exciting weather shield to take, bland and dull as usual.
  8. Drizzly and muggy at 16.1c still, here's hoping the cloud burns off tomorrow as for the longest week of the year both Tuesday and today have been incredibly dark, that sky really has been akin to the winter equinox.
  9. Shock horror when everything else is moving north/NNW it maintains its NNE direction taking any excitement a mere few miles east of us.
  10. As per usual heavy stuff/any excitement going to pass 5 miles east of us, unbelievable the consistency of how this happens, no direct hits since 2008 now.
  11. Bridgnorth usually just get a hit whilst Telford looks on and weeps  Shield already powering up, drizzle zone heading for here with the one cell moving north east away from us and the other north west.
  12. Dark and dull like Tuesday again right now, really is December levels of light, oooh heavy downpours to the south, everyone type in Telford on the radar and watch the TSS (Telford Storm Shield) do it's magic.
  13. Sun hasn't bothered to come out in the end this aft, thick cloud again now, 17c, signals seem to be for a rather decent day tommorow, 20/21c with long spells of sunshine after a cloudy start.
  14. Humidity has returned now, brightening up slowly, 15.3c but feels a lot warmer than that.
  15. Got rather cool last night (7.8c), cloudy and damp though now, here's hoping it improves later.
  16. Not got the humidity issue here as the breeze is funneling through the Cheshire Gap still, down to 17.7c now.
  17. Glorious blue skies and 19.5c at the moment, today's been an odd one, started murky, burnt off by 9am to give hazy sunshine the rest of the morning, thick cloud set in around lunchtime by which time it was 20.9c and very humid, by 2pm down to 17c with a cool north west breeze and dark grey skies like yesterday, then gradually the sun came back with clear skies by 4pm and a return to 20c. Tomorrow looking less insufferable now with the front further west and thus 20c possible again after a damp, dull morning, Friday may be decent to providing the front doesn't speed up.
  18. Overnight low was 14.3c here in the end, started off grotty but absolutely gorgeous now with plenty of sunshine and 18c.
  19. Tommorow night/Thursday just looks like a standard band of rain forming to me, certainly a warm night tonight, 16.5c still although nothing compared to the 25c with 20c dewpoints across much of Germany right now!
  20. 21.8c the warmest it's hit here thus far this year, shocking, even for Telford. Incredibly dark this evening, really like December levels of light, very muggy but just nothingness, horrific charts to, after a promising start it's really back to same old story of watching 32c+ over Europe while we sit in tumbleweed's ville.
  21. Dull and dark this afternoon though hovered around 20.5c for most of it so felt warm, peaked at 20.9c.
  22. The clouds arrived here now darnit, at least we managed a decent morning though as I really thought it was going to be slate grey gloom all day like yesterday.
  23. Shockingly rather pleasant with hazy sunshine at the minute, 17.1c
  24. Ahh that's more like, 12z woke up for tommorow now and showing that lovely drizzle fest cloud we all know and love. That little ribbon of drizzle murk on Wednesday will end up slap bang over us in the end whilst its 29c and sunny in the south east followed by storms, mark my words.
