  1. Yup sunless here to, cloud finally dissolved miraculously in the past 30 minutes and it's now feeling rather chilly.
  2. Back to the normal Telford weather we all know and love today, slate grey skies continuing for the rest of the day zzz, thank goodness the suns returning tommorow!
  3. Perfection today, practically unbroken sunshine most of the day, just a few fluffy cumulus clouds and distant high cloud with a high of 20.2c. Looking more like 19-21c for the end of the week/weekend now compared to the initial 21-24c that was shown but as today has shown that is more than fine enough.
  4. Gorgeous, perfect skies at last today, cloudless FINALLY!
  5. Pleasant sunny start to the day, cloud bubbled up around 10am and spread out to give 40-60% cover most of the day but still felt very warm when the sun came out, high of 19.3c, currently 13.1c and mostly clear.
  6. I'm reserving comment for the weekend still as of yet, as the 18z is showing it could easily all go to pot. In the meantime tommorow, Thursday and Friday all looking fantastic, should be longer spells of sunshine to tommorow with the drier air.
  7. Glorious and warm in the sunshine today, maxed out at 19.3c in the end, same again tommorow
  8. Finally much clearer skies this morning, convection bubbling up though doubt were see any showers today, charts have, to my surprise, continued upgrading overnight, potential first 25c of the year this weekend if it continues
  9. Well looks like the Telford cloud curse has failed to lift today, despite there being a fair bit of blue sky every cloud hovers over the sun for an enternity
  10. Bright but mostly cloudy this morning, should fair better for sunshine later though and hopefully tomorrow as we lose the north west wind. Charts seem to of backed off the idea of a grey, grim easterly somewhat today with only Wednesday in the murk though i'd advise caution still at this stage, UKMO the best of the bunch with plenty of warm 20-23c sunshine on offer.
  11. Had some good long spells of sunshine luckily in the end, particularly since 4, as the wind switched more westerly, maxed at 14.8c.
  12. Woop the clearer gaps finally moving in now, gonna flock outside and enjoy it while I can
  13. Unfortunately not  there is that clear patch moving in from the Irish Sea now ahead of the Irish Cloud though so that should arrive for the tail end of the afternoon.
  14. Fingers crossed but these setups unfortunately always give those classic Telford cloud swamp days, tommorow should fair better though with any luck.
  15. 70% cloudcover and rather cool in that north westerly wind today, certainly not warm enough to sit in the garden as that breeze really is rather chilly.
  16. Well I was going to say the charts were improving for the week ahead...then the 06z came along with it's horrid easterly grot, the ECM and UKMO are always uninspiring, darn Scandi High just never stops.
  17. Reached 19.4c in the end but felt considerably warmer than that for a time due to the higher humidity, was variable amounts of cloud till around 2pm then clear till just before 5pm when that cloud moved in from the north west along with a sudden drop in temperature and humidity. This weekend should be pleasant enough, GFS has a lot of cloud bubbling up for our patch but hopefully it's wrong and turns out like last weekend *fingers crossed*.
  18. Finally some brightness now, still a fair amount of cloud though as the winds coming in off the Cheshire Gap but should still be pleasant hopefully.
  19. Looks like the high pressure as usual migrating to far north next week allowing slate grey skies from the east to spill in, ridiculous.
  20. RANT: SO fed up of this garbage weather, is it SO hard to get a warm and sunny day, even Friday is now downgrading and just watch I guarantee you that front will end up even further east bringing slate grey skies over Shropshire the entire day whilst everywhere else is bathed in sunshine, enough is enough already, pouring with rain yet again at the moment, oh and next week is now turning to absolute cack to, it's already clear that after a weekend of north westerly winds (which bring sunshine to all but Shropshire which will be sat at 14c with 90% cloudcover all weekend) that the original warm 21-23c spell shown until yesterday will in reality be a case of a shortwave sliding down Monday and then dragging north sea grot in all week with the high pressure migrating to scandinavia typical. End of rant.
  21. Horrid damp afternoon and what a surprise, yes you've guessed it Friday's now changing for the worse to, with every run than band of cloud grot is further east, really ridiculous at this point, can safely say it will carry on getting worse each run and were end up with 15c and overcast skies in the end
  22. A truly horrific day yesterday, really heavy rain at times between 3-6pm in particular, brighter skies at the moment however after another grim morning. Edit: Overcast and dark now again with rain in the air.
  23. Friday looking lovely at present, 20c and sunny, perfect! shame Thursday's downgrading to a drizzle murk fest though, had enough of those already this month!
  24. Glorious day yesterday, felt much much warmer than 18c with that strong May sunshine, today started off decent but cloudy and very windy now, still dry though thus far!
  25. Sunday changed to showers and little in the way of sunshine now, have to laugh really.
