  1. I'm so sick of this garbage, utter cloud fest drivel today and SHOCK horror after 23/24c has been shown for tommorow the last few days its now changed to slate grey skies and drizzle for tommorow to, obviously a washout Wednesday/Thursday and then more dross after that, there's never once a last minute upgrade it's always one downgrade after another, so sick of these featureless grey skies all summer every summer. Rant over.
  2. GFS very misleading for tommorow showing 23/24c across the region, the reality will be a repeat of today, aka slate grey skies and drizzle.
  3. If it ends up being another 19c slate grey skies murk fest while London has 30c and storms i'll be seething, I just KNOW it will change to the classic case of bright sunshine to the north west of here, hot and thundery to the south east whilst here ends up overcast with spits and spots of rain. Oooh shocker the 12z has done exactly that , have to laugh really, 22c+ is impossible here these days never mind 26! Edit: jeeze the 12z really has gone and stuck the knife in hasn't it, 11c and washout Thursday compared with 22c on the 06z, sounds legit to me.
  4. Oh wow Wednesday's chart is really perfection, 26c and bags load of thunder potential.
  5. Nothing here of course..of course  Felt fairly mild and humid this morning hovering between 16-17c but turned really chilly this afternoon, only 11.1c at the mo.
  6. Well most of the Midlands isn't Telford, everyone knows by now we have our own little microclimate here  Turned sour after 3pm in the end anyway as rain moved up, 18.9c earlier though with high humidity so felt warm, cooler now at 15.8c.
  7. Charts back to their usual garbage today, 06z is truly shocking. In the meantime despite the cloud and howling wind it's feeling rather warm and humid today, maybe a 20c this afternoon if the sun does come out.
  8. I've been saying that for the past 4 years , 28th June last year really was the icing of the cake with those monster storms hitting every scrap of the region but here.
  9. Still potential for some warm/hot and thundery conditions next week judging by the 18z especially (of course Telford will completely dodge any storms just like last year ). A lot way out and probably a dud run but 18z is perfection for next week, my ideal weather !
  10. Horrific disgusting day with a depressing outlook for the foreseeable future, welcome back standard Telford weather.
  11. Finally managing a few bits and pieces of sunshine in the past hour (very little despite a mostly clear satellite) but jeeze that wind is biting, 14.8c but feels absolutely freezing. Wouldn't of expected the north sea to bring in so much dross in June, there did used to be a time it would clear by 10/11am at the latest.
  12. Well unfortunately I was right, slate grey skies with NO sign of brightness or breaks whatsoever, looks like the sunny spells pleasant Sat/Sun luck has ran out to for the upcoming weekend, still scope for changes though at least.
  13. 18z would bring north sea murk in all day unfortunately, fingers crossed it's wrong as 18z has also downgraded the rest of the week, 12z was pretty decent but looking at ECM and UKMO maybe the 18z is just playing catch up.
  14. Oh dear, just seen the 18z, looks like this spell is over then, tommorow grotty.
  15. Glorious day in Twywn and Aberdovey today with unbroken sunshine and 21c, arrived back to a lovely evening here, last of the nice days tomorrow although the week ahead will stay decent on the temperature front at least, Thursday/Friday possibly very nice again to providing that rain stays south east.
  16. Fair amount of cloud encroaching from the south now, 2nd warmest day of the year though, 21.4c at the mo.
  17. Fingers crossed tomorrow doesn't have the same problem as we've already lost Tuesday to rain and 18z speeds up the breakdown even more.
  18. The most stunning crystal clear blue sky right now, shame it took so long to appear though! charts have brought the breakdown back forward a day to Tuesday now, hopefully just a blip.
  19. Well, shocking developments here in Telford, the suns finally starting to break through!
  20. What an absolute pee take, I was half joking when I said here would be the last place to see the sunshine but looks like I was correct, even the north sea coasts are sunny, thick cloud and even drizzle here, NO sign of any brightness. Looks like we can safely write off tomorrow then to now, what an unexpected horror fest.
  21. Chilly and overcast with misty skies and fairly poor visibility, temperature continued to fall off this morning, now down to 8.6c.
  22. Yup in these type of setups just like yesterday we end up being the last place in the county that see's it burn off, yesterday being a prime example where there was just a thin strip at 8pm left, and yes bang over here
  23. Oh wow even thicker cloud this morning, what a nasty surprise, wretched easterlies.
