Blue skies arrived, followed by a rise in temp and humidity and now very large cauliflower clouds are appearing all around, if it doesnt go pop today around here, it never will. -
Dull, misty and horribly humid here this morning, think I heard a few rumbles last night around 9.45pm but could also have been the noise coming from Lattitude, but was in bed with ear plugs in so might not have been. Gone from rain/thunderstorm symbols on weather apps to dull and a bit of drizzle today, whatever happens I hope the humidity drops away.

19c here already this morning and that was as high as it got yesterday, despite the initial forecast of rain today, thats disappeared and today looking like it could get quite warm, sunny skies currently, but thankfully a lovely NE breeze should keep the temps down a bit. Feels muggy though despite the breeze. Will we or wont we get some thundery activity tomorrow?

Rain warning for Saturday has gone, just one left for sunday, although I dont think its going to be that bad in this neck of the woods. Today is cloudy, with a gentle breeze and thankfully temps lower than all week.

Awful humidity today, no breeze here at all and more cloud than the last few days, finding breathing more difficult than the last few days of the hot spell and I dont suffer with any breathing issues in normal weather just something about heat and humidity makes it feel like theres no oxygen.

Absolutely nothing here in the good ol triangle of doom, storms to the north and west and even south, but faff all here......as usual.

Clouding over here now, the cell thats come down from cambridge way is slowly extending eastwards, can see the edge of it but its too far south of us even if it does extend further eastwards' but its covered the sun, so hopefully temps will slowly start to drop away. Had a brief moment of excitement earlier from a false radar return of a strike near southwold, which means I really do need to get out more

Cant get much further east than here (ok coast is 8 miles away so technically you could) but nothing, nowt, nada, just heat and more heat and more heat....you get the point.

Blue skies here this morning, already 17c, gonna be a hot and already very humid day (at least to me sitting here in puddles of sweat...TMI)

In the last two hours a lovely cooling breeze has come and taken the temps down to 20c from 26c, thrown open doors and windows to try and cool the house down for tonight. Tomorrow looking even warmer

Sticky night last night, slighly cooler this morning, was hoping the heat was only going to stick around for the weekend but looking to be here for longer this week, feel exhausted because of it already.

22c already this morning, reached 26c yesterday afternoon. Gonna be awful for heat haters like me, I know everyone else has been waiting for this for weeks but I seriously hope it doesnt last long.

Blue skies and sunny with that lovely breeze still, I know the breeze is going to disappear over the weekend with the temps rising, so making the most of the coolness today.

Reached the dizzy high of 18c here, quite a blustery breeze this afternoon too, sun is trying to break through the clouds but not making much progress. Happily enjoying this cool windy day with the patio doors wide open, because I know sooner or later that heat and humidity will get here and I wont enjoy it

Grey skies and cooling breeze again this morning, still I prefer this to what is likely coming our way in the next couple of weeks, allegedly heat is on its way.

Quite a lot of grey cloud around here now, wind is lovely cooling everything down (not to everyones liking of course).

Indeed a blue sky sunny morning, just some white fluffy clouds drifting around, with a lovely NW breeze.

Rain cleared quicker than expected and the sun immediately came out and boy oh boy the humidity is awful, its like a soupy misty vapour rising off the fields and paths.

Persistant (but not particularly heavy) rain arrived here a couple of hours ago, few more to go by the looks of the radar.

Misty morning today, most has been burnt off by the sun. Not blue skies, but sunshine is about today, 19c already so maybe wont be a bad day, depends on any showers that might crop up.

Well the lovely fresh breeze of recent days has gone and we're back in horrid humid muck. Yesterday heavy showers all around this area, but nothing quite reached here. Showers appearing on the radar again today, slow moving, wonder if they will reach us today?

After the initial rain this morning, its cleared to mostly sunny skies/white fluffy clouds, with one 10 min heavyish shower. Definately didnt warrant a wind warning, as nothing more than a fresh breeze today, all in all a nice day. More showers look to come through later but at 18c its perfectly pleasant temperature.

Not particularly windy here yet this morning, rain band about to come over us, thankfully missed it as got out early for dog walk.
