Touchdown from one of the funnels in Cambridgeshire it seems.

Isle of Sheppey funnel

Classic surface heating fuelled cell that popped in the SE just after half 11 and hung around more less over Canterbury due to low-level convergence. Wind direction had a sudden switch from a SW'ly to a N'ly here in Herne Bay just after quarter to 12 which has an evident effect on the northern half of the cell as it strengthened. Managed to avoid recording any rain but certainly made a difference. I've attached a timelapse below looking W - N as well below from 11:00 to 13:00. Typical that the clouds seemed to rush in over the last 30 minutes or so. Very impressive display from Russia of the NLCs. Something I'd dream of seeing!
