  1. Can't remember who it was but they were on about the Mid level Humidity and indeed it looks like things will pick up significantly overnight and tomorrow. This continues till Wednesday morning before showers begin to ease again. Accumulations should start happening tonight for most who get a few beefier snow showers.
  2. I think we see the heavier blobs in thr north sea seperate a bit and become heavier. Later this evening there are hints of more organised showers across like E Scotland ( Tayside, Aberdeenshire and Fife) developing streamer in those areas.
  3. Definitely wasn't 60cm , struggled to get more than 20-25cm here.
  4. i got around 20cm i think to the SE of Perth, not as much as Fife and the central belt though....
  5. yes i do know that Lol. Still 30-40cm of snow in many areas on that!
  6. its our turn to get the big streamers , those areas you just mentioned didn't do as well during the bfte
  7. @edo..... that is making me absolutely speechless! , i just wanna like faint.
  8. starting to get quite snowy with just a little bit of intensity here, though still 1.9C and 1.2C dp.
  9. Most models are wanting the biggest snow streamers to develop across Fife and Tayside.
  10. Aprege and even ICON hinting that too. Areas between Kinross and sort of Blairgowrie could be caked.
  11. I technically don’t live in fife, I am in Abernethy like 2 miles out of fife....
  12. SNOW WATCH ISSUED FOR TOMORORW! > 10cm quite widely away from immediate coasts in NE Scotland and up to 15cm or more could fall further Inland and especially over higher ground. This will slowly ease of tomorrow afternoon. > Frequent snow showers will build up across N Scotland where 3-6cm could fall in many places to lower levels and up to 10cm locally! > Later on in the day in the MINOR area snow will start to fall to lower levels as cold air rushes in the E, however snow to low levels will only be remnants of what's left with the persistent feature of rain/sleet and snow tomorrow evening therefore snowfall will likely to be on the lighter and patchier side before ( after graphic valid ) more frequent snow showers move in during the earlier hours of Sunday.
  13. every model still has its take on the easterly next week.... quite irritating to see it change each run.
  14. Really serious flood event unfolding here. 50mm+ last 48hrs. 70mm+ this month. But ground is extremely saturated already. Worse flooding in years from things i have saw
  15. Sunday looks relatively dry, some snow showers it looks like. But much more severe Monday-Weds
  16. i expect another 30-40mm of rain/sleet and wet snow through till Saturday, however up to 50mm additionally possible.
  17. i feel like the met office have forgotten the rain warning across eastern and central Scotland, 40-60mm in many spots the last 2-3 days. it keeps on raining and raining and raining and raining. Doesn't look to ease much over the next couple days. Fields gonna be absolutely destroyed in places by the end of next week. Lots of frozen and thawed snow on Fields last month, soaking wet December. and now this relentless rain and sleet.
  18. Snow looks quite unlikely to settle in perth, the risk really looks like towards Crieff, Pitlochry and Dunblane Northwards generally.
