    We could, but not tonight, White Handbags would get lost in Snow. A bit like my Daughters mate who on a Hen wknd in Barcelona buried her Handbag then forgot where it was. She lost Hundreds of pounds. ROFL.

    The Radar returns are amazing. Sudden brighter colours popping up which of course means thicker Snow. I would hate to be at the Met Office tonight. What a nightmare for them. Snow is notoriously hard to predict but most people seem to think that they should know anyway. Bless 'em.

    I have just been out with the measuring stick, 5cms now. Am on the last of the Wine then will have to crash. After last night and tonight I think most of my blood has been turned into Alcohol.

    Son is now running around pulling Hair out. He has a flight to Spain very early Tues morning, and yes with Ryanair who do NOT refund money when flights are cancelled. His G/F who is Spanish is asleep and does not give a Damn! Bless. I think it will be fine by then. I think??????

    Whilst sitting here watching radar I neglected to look out of window. Big Flakes and about 4cm of Snow now! The Wind is bashing it against everything. Feel sorry for the Birds that I fed earlier, the stuff has now got 4cm of Snow on it. Poor things.

    Same for Car tyres that came in earlier. I feel like going for a walk in it but am way to knackered. Heavy night last night too. Ouch.

    Buses were still running half an hour ago, but nothing since. Still, Met Office did warn that this could happen tonight. Thankfully I don't have to go out first thing. Sick of getting Snow off my Car [was in the Leeds Blizzard last week] may get a smaller Car then it won't take so long!!

    Blimey!!! On the subject of the American storm. Hubby got stuck in NY about 20yrs ago. They sat on the flipping Plane for 10hrs! When they were finally allowed to get off, they were all flown home by Concorde! Ah, those were the days. lol
