    Temp is rising like crazy now! -0.8°C Pressure still falling 996mb

    Temperature has been up and down here all evening. Currently -1.4°C 998mb

    Temperature has risen here by 0.3°C in the last hour. Surely that means snow is on the way? Temp now is -0.8°C Dropping again now to -0.9°C I guess it's too early yet for snow, and temp may drop again.

    Ok, so I might have to stay at home. I will re-consider options of do I have to go to work in the morning. :lol:

    The whole of England is buzzing with the excitement of this heavy snow prospect. People are posting here faster than I can read them all. What's the odds in it being a hot sunny day tomorrow in the Midlands? I have a 40 mile drive to work through the Midlands so that will be interesting.

    There is a full covering of snow now here in Banbury. Going to bed.

    If you click on my Signature link, it is a live webcam for warwick university and you can see the snow on ground and falling.

    Just started snowing here in Banbury, North Oxfordshire.

    Thunderstorm just passed over here heading north now. I think another storm is on the way.

    No storms today or any other day this year, and no future prospect of any. Very dissapointing. :lol:

    The thunder here never progressed into anything more. It went off to the north and east of here. Can't see any sign of stormy weather now. Maybe when trying to sleep it will be stormy ?

    A covering of snow here from overnight showers in Banbury. Not snowing at present but looks as though it will very soon.

    Just starting to snow here in Banbury. Very light at the moment, but it is still SNOW !

    For about 10 minutes this afternoon, had that powdery fine snow. Not good enough. Need proper big flake snow. Please try harder. The clouds are coming over my house now, so there is hope yet of proper snow tonight. 1.8C 1016mb
