The stuff that looks heavy on radar is not hitting ground, not in Hereford anyway.
I'd be more included to look at Wales, Cheshire 4pm onwards

And se Kent lol. It's going to build over land, expected that, the elevated stuff this morning had no umph.
Surface based today, so will be in the heat of the afternoon inland and where breezes converge.

Here in Ludlow, West Midlands the conditions are prime - I would expect to see cells fire over Brecon/Hay on wye area then move up maybe across to Telford later.

Just checked the BBC weather app to find they've changed Thursday to showers in the afternoon for my area what happened to wall to wall sunshine all day I'm really hoping it's a blip and it will quickly change back

Evening all
I'm still struggling to see where this "reload" of heat is coming from. Yes it should be an improving picture but only within the confines of average to just above average - it don't see any 35c days in the forecast but 25c - definitely.
Do people want 35C , I'd rather 25C and isolated thunder showers

Looks like flooding is possible in places.

Great job by models correctly predicting the temperature drop, some places 29C to 9C in space of 12 hours incredible.

Went from sweating in bed 8 hours ago to having to put jacket on outside this morning. Colorado event

18z is lovely nothing like the basket case earlier runs. 18c Saturday nice outdoor weather perfect for day out.
Monday also looks interesting too looks like a push of warmer air tries to return.

12z is more realistic now, gone is the 8C to 34C fantasy dreamland with a change to the 17C to 27C range.

Just had a look at that rather ungainly lump of cloud rolling across your neck of the woods.....yuck. Should clear through in the next couple of hours though.
Indeed the sun has just burst through while I was cycling, it's now very warm. dare I say feels almost "hot" but not using H word yet.

Have you been given false hope by Google pictures, in the last 12 months, were you injured in a Cumulus event. Then call this number... lol
