    I don't even get thundery showers lol. Like Chris says it'll end up as day of drizzle most probably grrrrrr. We'll have to wait and see there is noooo way in this world I'm gonna get excited yet not until it actually happens.Such a bad year for storms for some of us. Such a let down.

    Just cant believe the storm risk for my area on Saturday 72% all evening!! but I'm not gonna fall for it again.I've seen this happen many times and nothing happens come the day Lol

    I would usually say there is always Autumn lol. But not this time! If Summer can't provide what hopes are there for Autumn grrrr. Let's see what next year brings Lol

    Hundreds of Sparrows here.I live on farmland. They nest in the barns and hang around the hedges and bird feeders. As for the Starlings, I don't know where they have gone. As comical as Starlings are, I sure dont miss them eating everything on the bird feeders/table/ground etc. I must admit the Sparrows do that too.

    And so it begins..... looks like the NE folks are in for a thundery good time again! If only it would happen to some of us folks that have missed out this year. Oh well, carry on here and let's hope we all strike lucky this time.

    Here's hoping for some exciting weather here. All we've had this year is one shower of rain Lol. It's got to give some time.Mind, around this time last year we had a small storm and a torrential downpour whilst the Greenbelt festival was on at the racecourse.so as well as lovin storms I'm hoping this happens again that'll hopefully stop their noise lol.

    I've totally given up! Summer is nearly over now and not one bang or flash. It's been another silly year here with no thunderstorms!

    No I didn't!! if you read my other posts back then you would of seen what I wrote. Not everywhere gets one. I'm in the South west and I've had nowt whilst many others from the SW have.

    I've been trying to work out why we get no storms. I'm wondering if it's because of the wind here especially today! also we are surrounded by hills. I have a feeling the E/SE/NW wind today is blowing those awesome storms awayfrom here grrr. I need a drink grrrrrrr

    Believe me the same happens here regards planes lol. Seen some gorgeous cloud scapes over the fields tonight and they looked so stunning and threatening... but again nothing happened grrrr
