  1. RH57% here today, it certainly is dry, although the radar does suggest some showers in the west and possibly later from the Morecombe Bay / Irish Sea streamer (if it holds it together for that long!)
  2. A nicely raked beach greet those prepared to make it to the beach, which so far today is only for the birds! Satellite shot this morning suggests some cloud, from Knockers Pembroke dangler, meanwhile the rest of the are looking cloud free (for now) even the showers down the North Sea are veering more i to Europe
  3. Morning All, a clear frosty start to the day after an overnight low of -2.6°C at: 01:15, currently -2.3°C ..
  4. Peaking @ 9.9°C at: 13:20, once the cloud from the front had cleared it's been another pleasant few hours, now of course end of the day and the sun is full on.. Precipitation WHAT precipitation?
  5. Morning All, after a cloudy night holding the temperature above freezing at a low of 4.2°C at: 00:00, which has slowly climbed to 5.9°C , with some early morning sun, which has now disappeared under a layer of St. The breeze as expected has a nip to it, in from the N/NNE, and increasing in strength. This mornings satellite shot shows the southward progression of the cloud which does appear to be thinning in places Whilst the beach cam this morning shows a deserted beach, and those wanting to brave it, with thick coats, gloves and hats..
  6. Peaked nicely at 15.0°C at: 16:26, sat out in the garden with 4 family members enjoying the sun..
  7. Still crackin' on 12.8°C at: 13:14, noticeable a slight shift in wind direction AND a drop in pressure as the high slowly slips away to the west.. A few more brave souls on the beach today
  8. Warming nicely with a light breeze, currently 8.9°C, really nice out in the garden..
  9. A clear night has allowed the temperatures to drop sub zero, with low of -1.3°C at: 06:32 and currently 0.2°C..light breeze but the direction has now turned into the N..
  10. I wonder what the term "Historic" means in the context of this article? Personally, I cant say that irrespective of 'massive snowfall' in Europe, it'll be much more than anything seen this past winter. Which for down here was a complete none event... Extreme Easter holidays for Europe: a historic Arctic cold blast with damaging frost increasingly likely, massive snow for central Europe on Tuesday WWW.SEVERE-WEATHER.EU A pattern change for the Easter holidays with a historic Arctic cold blast will impact Europe with damaging frost and massive snow across central parts.
  11. Temperatures struggling today...6.8°C The cloud appears to have stretched more to the west than earlier view, but there's a slight suggestion of it thinning in our neck of the woods.. Whilst the beach looks neglected...unreal compared to the last time the lockdown was lifted, when the beach was covered with earthlings, today, only the brave well wrapped members of society are tempted...
  12. Morning All, a chilling start again after an overnight low of 0.9°C at: 05:20, currently 5.4°C, with a breeze in from the ENE veering slightly more towards the E. Very much high pressure dominated with a slight pressure increase to 1032.3mb with RH70 %, garden is really dry it would certainly appreciate some rainfall... Satellite shot, suggests a fairly strong flow in from the E/NE with a large amount of cloud...
  13. I think this shows nicely the sunshine today, almost a perfect sunshine graph plotted: Note: The sharp cut off at the end of the day is due to the neighbouring house that's block the sun from the solar sensor...damn nuisance..
  14. Morning All, a refreshing start this morning after an overnight low of 2.4°C at: 06:27, currently 3.3°C, with a strengthening breeze in from the ENE and a hazy sun rise, Cloud from the North Sea shows nicely ahead of the colder air which is clearly visible towards the top of the image
  15. Nowt quite like a dropped sausage, can you not post it through the letterbox, else the dogs 'll have it?

  17. Morning All, a struggle in place today after an overnight low of 7.6°C at: 05:22, currently 10.2°C and struggling in a strengthening NE breeze..
  18. With the cloud around it certainly capped the temperatures, with a maximum of 15.9°C at: 13:59 today
  19. Cloudy start which looking at the satellite shot suggests it is unlikely to burn off quickly (if at all) Overnight low of 7.3°C at: 06:48 has slowly warmed to 13.3°C at: 10:03..
