Are you hoping for snow Chris?
As posted earlier by another member spot the difference between this year and last year.
Not far from me in parts of North York Moors above 200m saw a good few cm on the 26th April last year.
9.1c here to the 18th, 1.3c above the 1981-2010 average.
May rise slightly over the next few days but next week looks bloomin chilly if the models are correct.
9.5c here to the 16th, 1.7c above the 1981-2010 average.
Quite a slow drop but the next couple of days should take us close to 9c.
Was expecting single figure max today but we have already hit 10.8c, so despite the cold air aloft the sunshine is allowing temps to respond somewhat.
9.6c here to the half way point, 1.8c above the 1981-2010 average.
Temps look below average until around Thursday before they return to above average again.
A dry day with sunny intervals, although a strong westerly wind made it feel quite chilly.

Stubbornly slow drop here but we are forecast highs lower than the currently average over the next few days so the only way is down.
Welcome back to the best county, North Yorkshire of course.
Life in the Dales is fairly bleak, log burner all year round, however here east of the Vale of York we fair much better with only 7/8 months of log burning and plenty of sunshine to boot.
A cool, mostly cloudy day with some sunshine breaking through.

Quite a chilly ECM this evening, especially for southern areas later in the run as we pick up a chilly easterly.
A small adjustment south of that high could quite easily give much more pleasant weather as per GFS.
Generally its looking mostly dry, and temps around average to slightly below for the next few days.
After a mostly cloudy day, the sun came out around 3pm and has been a fine evening with a gusty NNW wind.
Worth noting our dry spell of 13 days came to an end today.
Current Temp: 11.1c
Max Temp: 14.9c

Good job its not winter or all hell would be breaking loose in here, it does seem like models have had a cold bias for a good few months now.
I was quite looking forward to a good period of below ave temps but its gradually becoming very average!
The day started cold and sunny with a touch of frost but soon clouded over, that cloud then dispersed around 2pm leaving a breezy sunny afternoon.
Felt pleasantly warm out of the wind when in the sun.
