    Yeah definitely have seen the potential for tomorrow and it does look pretty like what id expect from Estofex, Deep Layer Shear is best placed over Ireland when I looked this morning. Looking forward to seeing Convective Weathers take on it.

    Definitely see cells on radar taking left turns and right turns. I'm sure some cells will be rotating amongst all that lot.

    I'll kick this off with screen grabs and short snap video of the best lightning strike I saw on Thursday evening in Norwich. It came over in 2 separate waves, the second the most violent of the two, with wind gusts, large convective drops and loud thunder including a positive strike (the thunder I got on video). I hope to upload the whole video to YouTube soon. Finally a decent heat breakdown for us that was worth while. Lightning was very frequent. 20190725_221637_1.mp4

    It kicked out a few sferics now, very isolated, clear blue sky everywhere else

    Just one sudden boom of thunder like it was out of nowhere about half an hour ago and then nothing. Very isolated, short pulse like storms today I think.

    Please don't say "ending to the heat" we've hardly had any keep the heat and the convective juices flowing fingers crossed more sparks ignite for people tonight,

    I suspect strong updrafts, you may have seen it but I took some footage of rotation in just a normal batch of dark clouds heading to and building towards me. A total surprise, the day was nothing special stormwise. I will have to try and dig it up again.

    I'm guessing by the looks of it, it's a shame there isn't enough energy to make more of this coming up from the south due to a cold front and trough this evening.

    I reckon I was seeing it as it was maturing. I enjoyed seeing them in the distance even though I was on the isle seat of the 3. I suspect not many would have realised. Thanks for the info, that is interesting. Haha Lauren.

    Was flying to Tenerife today and could see some decent CBs and Turkey towers in the distance that way. Not sure how far you can see from 37000 feet but certainly that way. I guess I was flying over Spain then.
