It was a totally overcast, dull with very little wind or change in temperature. Anti-cyclonic gloom at its worst. There was a little light drizzle a few hours ago but this only lasted for 10 minutes or so. Despite being the coolest day so far this October maxima-wise, the cloud-cover meant the minima was well above average.
