Few flakes at the moment. ..beautiful sky though. I can see some clouds approaching and the snow lines from underneath.

Hello all, i'm new!

Have got a slight covering where I am now(Just outside Buckingham), hoping for more! :)

Welcome to the NW-Forums! :)

It's -3.0c now, much colder than I was expected it to go. The heavier showers are piling into East Anglia now on the latest radar, bring it on!

This seems so strange that all around us in a arc from folkestone through canterbury to herne bay has varying amounts of snow and yet we have next to nothing apart from a few flakes . I would be happy with just .5cm

Good afternoon PL,just seen BBC weather they show nothing for us tonight and the main band hitting us about 10am tomorrow.

i hope they are wrong but i dont think we will see much tonight, it all seems to run down the thames.

Nothings happened in Basingstoke (North Hampshire) yet. I work in Reading, should be interesting to see what happens overnight.

Temp has dropped steadily all day, now down to -1.6.

Its been bright and clear all day.

Amazing how it settles in just a quick powder shower. It only lasted a couple of minutes but everywhere is covered. What's it going to be like in a really heavy shower!

Same happen here and it settled everywhere. Cant remember that happening so quickly before

Now its dark so back to looking at lamposts

Went VERY dark (and I don't mean night time dark lol) and now have snow coming down quite rapidly. It's settled within minutes and looks fab; is this it or just a shower?

Sending lots of snow vibes to everyone...enjoy!!!

:):):)
