Hot, humid, sunny and sticky - to summarise it is absolutely horrible. Just simply walking from the bus stop and I am dripping with sweat. Really not pleasant in the slightest.

It has taken nearly all day but the sun is now shining here and I am currently registering 22.4c,as Mark from Darlington says the wretched sea fog will undoubtedly return again this evening. The weather is certainly pleasant but a heatwave it aint.

i have 2 thermometers in the shade, one electric which shows humidity one is actually showing 28.2c at hte moment and one now showing 26.5c humidity 68% down form 74% this morning.

Beautiful warm and balmy day here in SE Suffolk. Just about perfect. No whining about the heat and humidity here. Not too warm, I guess around 27 or so.

More Please. I would be happy for it to be several degrees warmer.

After an overcast and hazy start it has turned into a clear and sunny day. Not really too warm here with a maximum temperature of 21.8C. A very warm night though, minimum temperature 15.4C. It looks like closer to the coast we are being spared the hot weather.

Was very sunny and hot from 2pm till 4:30pm, been clouding over since then though with big towering CB's along with strong winds which has dropped the temperature off.

Peaked at a lovely 26.5c, now 25.6c and feeling muggy again.
