A fairly cloudy day in Exeter though the sun is now shining. Warm and humid. "Dull" would be an unfair description, though, as it has always been on the bright side with some breaks in the cloud.

First proper sunny & hot day here with almost unbroken sunshine instead of the usual cloud. Now 24.6c so expecting at least 28c if no cloud rolls in and judging by satellite image - there's no around to roll in! A proper summer hot day.

SE Today forecast at 1.35pm stated it could get to the dizzy heights of 34c tomorrow....... im off to wimbledon and am luckily sitting in the shade in centre court.......

Today will almost certainly end up being the hottest day so far. Monday managed 29.4c and today is 29.2c at 14.30 with the highest temperature period of the day still to come!

There is plenty of sunshine, hazy at times due to Cirrus/Altocumulus, and a gentle SSE breeze. Humidity is 47%.

An unbelieveably sticky 27.6c here. Having been food shopping come out the supermarket after an hour was like getting off an aeroplane when you fly to somewhere hot- it's that bad here.
