could anyone tell me whether the snow will reach DA12? what does the track of this shower look like? is it breaking up before the estuary? cc_confused.gifcc_confused.gif

We may be a little too far west but it will be close.

Keep your fingers crossed! :drunk:

Hope you are all enjoying your snow

mostly clear sky here with the odd cloud floating past but not producing anything

Temp -5.8c at the moment.

Think I will head to bed soon as this snow event is really not meant for the wisbech, downham, peterborough triangle lol

Have fun all

Caught between a rock and a hard place.

Currently in Central London driving trains, but there are no trains so in a crew room doing FA! Whilst I want to see good snow in Medway and down the Valley, if that track keeps on going that's ging to hit head on and take the whole stream It has potential for several hours worth. However I don't want a harrowing drive home down the A2/M2 as I approach The Medway!

Oh gwan, SNOW! I can take it like a man!

STILL SNOWING HERE IN CLACTON GOOD COVERING ON TOP OF WHAT WE HAD ALREADY yahoo.gif

Yeah, it's funny. It looked like Clacton was going to be on the eastern edge of the shower, whereas it's bullseyed.

Still snowing here, but radar suggests imminent halt..

From BBC forecast, the way I read that is you might get in on the act tomorrow.

So from Monday onwards we sit in a stagnant pool of cold air. The 850mb temps will be slowly increasing, but we have an inversion developing so staying bitterly cold at lower levels with a lot of low cloud, mist and fog, general anticyclonic gloom - can't wait, bring on next week! :drunk:

Absolutely thundering down here at the moment, very heavy indeed. Also just seen the BBC forecast for Sunday - I expect to see some more reds from the meto for Sunday!

Well our local one for Suffolk (which isn't so far away from South Norfolk) was completely zilch. Julie Rein-whatever: Friday and over the w/e, snow showers confined to the odd shower on the east coast before they warm slightly on Monday, but less than a minute ago News 24, snow over a wide area all over Norfolk, Suffolk as far as Bedfordshire. This is the same Corporation :fool:!

What is going on?
