Damn it up early snow clearing again by the looks of it. Still I had two days away from it.

Very cold today max -0.4C which I suppose is warm for some.

Hopefully this is starting to shift more SW towards here.

Can anyone put a snow depth total on what is on the N York moors at present ?? They seem to have kopped every snow shower / streamer / frontal snow since eternity... it must be bl**dy deep up there !!

Hi mate,

Your attitude has slipped a little lately, i let the last post you made earlier replying to my post about me getting heavy snow slip. But your starting to spoil yourself a little now. You have done very well from this cold spell, and i think truthfully you want others to do very well too, they have been so patient and deserve it. Especially those in Lincolnshire.

High of -0.2c today, we have 60cm long icicles hanging down of the roof which looks very nice, would be cool if the icicles touched the ground.

Looking at the radar its seems yet again Leeds will miss out on the showers, the winds are not in our favour and when the precipitation does edge closer to Leeds it dies out. I was hoping for more showers by now and hoping for this 2-5cm forecast by the BBC yesterday. If we hadn't of had the big snowfall on Tuesday we would have 5cm which isn't good at all. The snow cover is holding strong through with over a foot in my back garden.

16cm here now, i hope it don't thaw :yahoo:

Lewis

I can tell you there is most certainly not 16cm in east Hull as Ive just been through there. Take away the '1' and its closer to being accurate. :yahoo:

We had about an hour of moderate snow but the main band was mainly to the west of the city. Currently -0.1C after a max earlier of 2.2C.
