Yes and I sometimes look at Deanshanger but it has not been working recently! I put my sensor outside for the first time tonight for fear of it being nicked. Just hung it on the trellis outside my door and I am suprised at how good it is, all i need to do now is find somewhere for my anemometer and rain gauge!

Haversham! :whistling:

Mines in the garden, great as long as the sun isn't shining on it, apparently it got to 11.6C today, between snow showers. Funny, but when it was snowing, it dropped to -0.2

15 miles north and a whole degree warmer at -0.8

but looking out we have this, so that may be why it's warmer

15 miles closer to the nice warm North Sea....

Ha ha, yeah I know very funny!! lol!

I can't put it in my garden as it is enclosed and therefore inaccurate but it is a bit obvious outside my front door as it is white and flashes with a red light!!

Looks like the last shower for me tonight - seems more of an easterly direction for that band of snow north of Holland now, going to the north of Norfolk. Night all :whistling:

That was lucky, had a 10 minute snowstorm from a shower that is JUST over us - I recon half of the falling snow was blown over from March lol

Belter of a shower here - can't even see my lampost !!!

Lampost?? You have lamposts? I thought this was the East Anglian thread with steam powered computers. No lights outside here, that's why we like the full moon

Well that was a splendid snowfall. Very heavy for around 15mins.

At least now I have a proper covering of snow i.e no blades of grass are visible!

I will also add that I much prefer this thread. I wonder of lost my rag if I read "Kent streamer" every time a shower fell in that region. :)

my garden is walled and sheltered and therefore no use at all! I am happy that the sensor is currently bang on with the temp, almost at -3
