I will just add that come tomorrow the period when we could see heavier snow will come in the range of the NMM, NAE models.

If the GFS runs are correct including the UKMO then expect the BBC tomorrow night to include our region for heavy snow on Sunday afternoon/night.

Rather simply put our snow gets a turbo boost due to the winds changing from ENE,ly to E,ly. The cold upper temps spreading across the N Sea on the E,ly enhances the precip.

Thanks for the summing up, much appreciated.

There was talk the other day about marginality and sleet near the coasts for Sunday; has this threat receded now in your opinion?

TEITS. Is NAE found under a subscription site? I've seen it mentioned often and with excellent results according to feedback on NW

No available to anyone. The link is below and you will see the area of light snow being widespread across the region tomorrow morning.

well im fed up with looking at the free radar on meteox/ metoffice/ norwegian weathersite (www.yr.no (quite good if u understand norwegian like myself)

As they are free they aren't much help for weather in my local area,

do many of you use the netweather radar?? and would you recommend it??

im thinking of getting a 1 month subscription to see what it's like

Beds, Bucks, Cambs, Norfolk, Peterb, Northants, Herts are on this thread.

However, I am from Suffolk and I am squatting in this thread as I feel more at home here.......(although I am keeping an eye on the SE one too in case any others from this neck of the woods post in there!) :acute:

Thanks. I'm Suffolk as well but nearly on the Norfolk border. I think I'll stay on this one as well.
