1c here and clear skies at the moment, rain showing on the radar to hit us at about 22:00hrs wallbash.gif

Hopefully it will turn into something different...one can only hope dry.gif

would of thought you will get snow later...Its already showing as snow just off the tip of Cornwall..

I think there's a good chance for anyone in the WEST ( be it south or north ) to maybe get a heavy shower tonight.

Will be interesting to see what happens when they hit land..

holy cow!!

if this happens Friday we will need Ski's..

though unlikely as its so far away

Shame it only has us in a few CM's , That needs to drift south.

Then again, people are saying the models show it being NORTH or SOUTH or SO FAR SOUTH IT MISSES.

That could happen, However where? no one knows yet.

Lets just hope if it does head for the south we all have cold enuf temps to have snow. not just rain.

Wow its gonna be 10 °c this coming friday.

Things need to change if we are to see any last minute snow storms

My estimate is for around 00z . Ill check back in 2 hours to see how its getting on before deciding.. More drink or sleep.

Do you think it will settle this snow? Man i cant get the radar right now due to some crappy natwest secure thing that wont regonize my password even though its correct.

Possibly. You really need to find a local weather station and find out what your temp is.

If it comes down heavy enuf, i think it could settle anywhere.

Yeah, it settled to about a 1 1/2 inches this morning in barnstaple. Funny thing is at about 5.30 am it was sleet, but by 7am is was full snow with big flakes and settling, Wasnt expecting it to settle so was a nice surprise.

Main band looks like it's going to hit you guys head-on!

EDIT: Just looked on raintoday radar and direction of main band seems to be E-NE, so will go thru' mid-wales and into Midlands, i think.wallbash.gif
