UK Outlook for Saturday 16 Oct 2010 to Saturday 30 Oct 2010:

The unsettled theme is expected to return with a good mix of wet and sometimes windy weather but also drier and brighter spells too. At the start of the period, temperatures will be a little above average for most parts before more usual temperatures for the time of year return. Northwest Scotland and Northern Ireland will be wetter than usual at first, with all parts having above average rain for the final third of October. Most areas should have normal amounts of sunshine although northeastern parts are more likely to remain dull at the start of the period.
