Below Average Month: 51.2%

(Yes, that adds up to 99.9%, but there is an extra 0.1% in all of it!)

So, a weirdly below average November is expected so far, despite the mildness of previous ones and the current Atlantic regime!

My projection is for another very near average month - after a mild start I am expecting predominantly average and at times cold conditions (more so later in the month) from the second week onwards with some notably cold days in the latter part of the month thanks to anticyclonic conditions overhead.

Estimate is 7.2 degrees england and wales, Scotland could see a below average month.
