I'm torn this month but with growing signs for a mid atlantic ridge I'm going for a slightly above average month of 12.1C

After my spectacular under-estimation of the April CET I'll go for 12.6c.

12.9C thanks.

I feel comforted by the fact that the best meteorlogist of them all of the last 6 months has only gone 0.1c above my forecast

I'll go for 13.1c. I am quite torn but i feel after a spell of more average to possibly cool weather dominating the first half, will be followed by an increasingly warm to very warm second half.

Oops, late. I'll go for 12.2C please so comfortably above average but nothing like on the same scale as April. However, after the exceptional April, who knows?

Would have thought that if the GFS 18z were to verify it would likely give a solidly above average May and probably the warmest Spring on record.

13.5C to the 1st

http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/hadobs/hadcet/cet_info_mean.html

Minimum for today is 6.4C and maxima look like being around 15C, so a drop back to around 12.1 or 12.2 by tomorrows update looks likely.

The 06z GFS would have the CET at around

10.2C to the 4th

10.7C to the 6th

11.8C to the 8th
