Estofex have forecast C, S and SE areas of UK a Level 1 for tomorrow mostly due to hail risk.

Solway Firth, and either side I think would be my preferred location for today. Not sure why ESTOFEX have the >50% lightning prob and a level 1 out for such an isolated event?

Best to cover all areas for this!, sure one should develop somewhere but difficult to place a zone, i am thinking maybe they expect more isolated but scattered potent shower cells and some could turn into intense storms with hail, they are covering a wide area i must say but thats whats best i think!

Morning Everyone! wish i was down south today Shame im at work ! right on the coast. Doubt i will be seeing any storms today, I will be working not far from the Tyne Tunnel! Typical

Created a map on my ideas of convection, isolated intense showers developing towards late day(more likely i think later then earlier), the risk of the clouds gaining storm height is possible, so isolated but intense storm cells.
