some great looking cu towers here but as yet as dry as a bone, although radar seems to be bursting to life now.

Lightening now on radar 15miles to my north and 12 miles to my east in North lincs...

Either side of the humber !!!!

Nice Squall Line stretching from Hereford down to Cardiff and across to Exeter currently! Think this maybe my last hope for today as cant see anything else pushing in behind this!

Yep, very prominent on the radar and the sky is looking increasingly grey/black in that direction. Some pretty hefty radar returns too so here's hoping for a rumble or two. (or more )

A heavy shower has just passed over here with a couple of claps of thunder.

There was a notable temperature drop aswell, from 18.8C at 12:45 to 14.4C now.

That is a small an potent cell you got heading your way! Not so sure its going to hit Bristol though, looks to be going South of Bristol!
