You're most welcome smile.png Sky brightening here now so I think the best has passed but yes, I am somewhere under those lovely pink X's hehehebiggrin.png

Edit: hearing a number of emergency (vehicle) sirens going off, don't know if that's a coincidence or not...

Im in Rowlands Castle (PO9) and can report it is just a litle to the south of me, seen several CG strikes, and thunder every 5-10 seconds, sorry couldnt do a direct report but its the best i've got! Very heavy rain, CG strike just occured again, huge cloud tops behind this storm should be able to do a better report on that :p

On a seperate note, as a lurker in these forums i have finally re-found my account, had a hail and rain storm at 10 to 11 lasting 16 minutes, and had 14mm of rain out of it.....!

It's the shock of people in the South getting a thunderstorm probably........

Thunder every 5 to 10 seconds? I've never even had a storm in my life with thunder that frequent. Wow!

Some very heavy rain here, the showers must be developing wry quickly because the radar only shows light rain here.

Had a storm pass through here 25-30 minutes ago, with at least five rumbles of thunder, several IC lightning strikes and heavy rain.

Isn't it daft how grown adults behave when a natural weather phenomenon, that occurs thousands of times a day all over the World, happens overhead??????? rofl.gifclapping.gif

I regress to an 8 year old when it Thunders and Snows. Managers at work know they cant stop me from leaving the building just to go out and watch.

Its shameful and awesome at the same time :)

blimey, you've have pooped yourself if you'd been here for the MCS that hit a couple or so weeks ago....for a 20 minute period at its peak it was unleashing for than a rumble per second making it sound like a constant roar of thunder...had to be heard to be believed!

Just to an 8 year old? Makes regress to a 4 year old make you look like an OAP in comparison rofl.gif
