FI = Fantasy Island. By that, a person means la-la land, the point at which the model suites vary in the analyses.

The precise timing of any FI is more often that not, gained from following the ensembles and where the model members begin to differ, i.e. scatter/spread starts to occur.

Essex is a much maligned county. North Essex is beautiful and I've set my WIP there. Mind you- it is 16th century so white stilettos and fake tans were in short supply then.
