Moderate rain here in Bewdley. It's only +0.6C, but it's not even sleet. Thin snow cover from last night, but now slushy and slippery and disgusting. Truly horrible weather.

Shocking here. Crappy rain. Utter rubbish for some of us but good that some

I ask because its often worse up in Mapperley/Carlton than places like Beeston or West B due to the elevation. Up here in Heanor its snowing heavily and settling on all surfaces now. Car tyre tracks from this morning are pretty much covered already.

yes, I'm afraid you are too far west. East Anglia looks in the firing line.

Yeah Mapperley/Sherwood has a bit more altitude so I bet its worse up there. I do wonder if this will turn back to rain as the front moves east - guess we'll see...
