Hello mate.

Looking OK at present.

Snow due after lunch tomorrow.

Current data suggests 7-10cm laying by Lunchtime Saturday.

All subject to change though.

Good to know neighbour - am holding you to that ;) (i am in Benfleet) :)

Talk of Monday being rain, with the warmer weather on looked likely, it was forecast to be 4c by the BBC earlier despite showing a snowflake. That's a warm sector behind the snow right? Not sure why we'd expect snow then.

Ok, I've been won over, still room on the ramp express? Might as well take a one way ticket!

Step right up and enjoy the ride!

Good to hear mate i am out atm so have not got a radar handy.

On the other hand if its light and won't stick I'd rather it bugger off because of ice later on.

No need to think about Monday yet, enjoy the next 3 days unless you don't like snow!

There seems to be little to no mention of it though?

In that Friday, Saturday and Sunday could be a very interesting day for SE and EA, I am not sure to much should be looked in to Monday RMC. Possibly a higher risk it might be sleet/rain for likely some. But only if it were to verify exactly as GFS says. Which it won't.

Forget Monday at present.

But I wouldn't be surprised to see that shifted South a touch, like tomorrows snow.

The main thing I want from this snow period is a maintenance of very low surface temps so that it remains a winter wonderland. To me very heavy snow followed by a thaw isn't worth a ...k. It does look good for continuance of cold though, maybe I'm greedy but I don't like the way the UKMO moved into t144

I know - i was only kidding ;) i don't mind either way - i have been expecting nothing more than a dusting for our neck of the woods, so anything over 1cm is a bonus to me :)
