Pretty much stopped here atm and some signs of bits thawing. Road out the front is looking slushy, so agree with 124Alex on that.

Not looking good at the moment, but temp increase does seem to have balanced out, keeping an eye on it, needs come down a good half degree again for snow to come back. Think weve had our lot for today, unless temps drop tonight and get some showers push in

still very light snow here dont have a weather station so all i know is the winds are still breezy and certainly easterly maybe southeasterly.

i dont see all this snow thawing before cold sets in tonight unless of coarse temps tonight stay above freezing but if theres clear skys there be amazing surface air cold.

I'm a mile away from Filton and it's still snow. Infact snowing heavier here now!

snow lighter now than it has been, a dryer patch moving in from the west, but behind that about 30 miles or away looks some beefy snow echoes heading this way from the Bristol Channel........Time to put my booties on and head up to the village shop as more Speckled Hen is required for the afternoon shift at home!..

We have been out enjoying the sledging at queens park golf course! Main roads were cleared and quite passable a bit iffy on the side roads.

Still sleet in kinson, slightly away from the coast, wind has died and sunk more to the south, hence a rise in temps.

Just got in from sledging with partner and son, lovely and not that cold.

Going out again this afternoon with my skiis. Still snowing albeit very light, im hoping we get some more.

Does anyone think southwest will get more snow over the weekend or is that it until monday evening.

Southest looks like getting our snow then they will get more moving up from southeast over the weekend bringing them 5-10cm , any chance of that spreading over to us?
