Stopped in Cardiff for over an hour now. Any more to come?

Hasn't stopped here yet. Very light snow all day after this mornings heavier offerings. A slight thaw on, but still the flakes fall out of the sky. Still a chance of some light showers coming off the bristol channel, and how knows what else to come! cold.gif

Still snowing in Glyn Ceiriog with bigger flakes. Gritters and road clearers doing a herculean job. Only cars passing are the 4x4, reckon they just out cos they can be!

What ever is to the SW is racing in. Still snowing lightly here despite nothing on radar. Could just be snow being blown around tho.

Anyone know whats happening to the SW? Sat shows it racing in but does it contain any precip?

i'm suspicious of it, not least because the radar shows nothing where I am, yet it is definitely snowing

But that cloud is in range of the precip radars already and netweather/M.O are showing nothing. Either it has zero precipitation or it'll intensify as it crosses the Irish sea and hits land? We can only hope! :p

Yeah, I think it's just a mass of cloud. Sorry to be a wet sponge!

I think it does contain precip because its started to snow here again and flakes are getting larger but radar also shows nothing so maybe its having a hard time picking it up.
