Moderate wetter (than earlier) snow currently falling in Haywards Heath. Thought it was finished but seems to be feeding in from somewhere (haven't checked NW radar in last hour though)

At last! Stared at the lamppost for a good minute and saw 2 whole snow flakes...so at a rate of 2 snowflakes per minute in about 4 weeks I may have a snow ball

The main road outside which was clear when I got home is going white now. Still moderate snow here - it can't be too long left unless there is an element of back build and pivot.

There are hints of that happening, the area of precip that is over southern counties (Sussex, some parts of Kent and S.Surrey) does look like it could drop another 1-2cms. The WRF model did a good job spotting that development it has to be said.

Sunday very much is a different ball game, but one that could still work out well.

Started back up in New Haw, Surrey once again. Just had a quick sniff out of the window, I just love the smell of snow in the evening!!
